The Amazine: Lori Crow & Ollie at the AQHA Mother's Day Circuit

Most of us know the bright smile of Lori Crow. She trains western pleasure and trail horses in Templeton and is the one winning at the Quarter Horse shows wherever we go. Her barn is where everyone loves to hang out. People love to hang out at there because Lori is not only talented, but she is bright, cheery, welcoming, and always up for a laugh!

At the Mother's Day Circuit, Lori had these successes:
Circuit Champion Green Wes Pleasure on Goodness Im Lucky owned by Marie Miller (A local Templeton Icon!)
Circuit Champion Green Western Riding on Good Zip owned by Janet Fowler of San Miguel
Congratulations to two of Lori's ladies: Susan Brigham--who won 1st and 2nd place in Novice Amateur Trail on Lope Up To A Goodbar & Janet Fowler won 1st place in the Select Wes Pleasure on Good Zip

Lori's very own web site touting her many successes is coming soon!

TBE Cowboy Supply or Tom and Candi Block

Tom and Candi Block, pictured here in front of their booth at the Paso Robles AQHA Mother's Day Circut show, sell quality custom-made saddles, tack, and apparel to virtually everyone horseback. Their equipment is a staple for the tack rooms of up-and-coming horse trainers everywhere.
Tom has been selling his custom-made saddles since the 1980's. Candi makes sure they're stocked with fabulously fun and trendy clothing and accessories. They're one dynamic duo.
Stay tuned for the reveal of TBE Cowboy Supply's new web site...coming soon!

Churchill Western Tack and Apparel

Meet Debbie Churchill of Churchill's Western Tack and Apparel. Debbie was a vendor at the AQHA's Mother's Day Circuit in Paso Robles. She is simply one of the funniest people I've met in a long time. She always has a smile on her face. No wonder her customers seek her out for the clothing and accessories they need. While I was there, Debbie was helping one of her clients pick out an outfit for his wife for Mother's Day--very sweet!

Debbie and her husband, Tom, are in need of a web site. That's where I come in!

Congratulations Sandy Collier & Tazs Precious Peppy!

Sandy Collier won the NRCHA Hackamore Classic this past weekend at Paso Robles on Tazs Precious Peppy...and what an amazing win it was. Sandy has a torn rotator cuff that she maintains with strengthening exercise; HOWEVER during this show it had flared up. Sandy secured her winning position after going down the fence with only very limited range of motion in her right arm--not to mention the pain.
I spoke with Sandy before her fence run, and she not only brought me Coldstone icecream as a fantastic treat but never even mentioned or complained about her shoulder. What a cowgirl!

Visit Sandy's web site at www.sandycollier.com. One of the things we concentrate on with Sandy's site is optimization and ranking which means I make sure people looking for horse training videos and horse training clinics find her.

Meet Mark Braun of Braun Associated Inc--his Engineering firm. Mark is in need of a new web site, so we'll be working together to create something fabulous for him. He also seems to be spending a lot of time with Sandy Collier...hmm.

Meet Craig and Allison Young

Meet Craig and Allyson Young. Craig has been involved construction and construction management in Santa Barbara and surrrounding areas for many years. Craig has always kept his cow horses in training with Ted Robinson. These two are the happiest couple with a new baby girl!
We will be constructing a web site for Craig's construction company this year!

Ted Robinson and Katie Montague took a moment for a photo op with Ollie the Border Collie and Theodore--name sound familiar?

Here's a group of us out to dinner that night with Ollie in the center of everything. ;)

Geary Whiting of Geary Whiting Equine Massage School watched the Hackamore Classic in Paso Robles this past weekend. He practices equine massage and runs a school that teaches others to do the same. He is quite a character! I have no doubt his students have a great time at his school.

Soon, Geary and I will be working together on his web site which can be viewed at www.gearywhiting.com.

Central Coast Boarding and Training Owners & Non-pro Limited Contestants

Dawn Walker and her daughter Shelby are pictured here on a full brother to Smokums Prize: Just Right Smokum or "Tucker."
Dawn showed in the non-pro limited class and ended up 6th. Dawn Walker is the owner of Central Coast Boarding and Training. Her web site, created by Jayne Wayne Design, can be viewed at: www.horseboardingtraing.com.

Marleen Dierkes of Galloping Videos

Meet Marleen Dierkes of Galloping Videos who sits at her desk working tirelessly at the NRCHA's Hackamore Classic this past weekend in Paso Robles. She and her husband Tom provide the video service for the cow horse shows. It's quite an undertaking as virtually all of the people showing stop by at least once or twice during the show to watch their work.

Marleen and Tom produce and distribute the educational stockhorse training videos by two of the reined cow horse industry's Greats: Lyn Anderson and Sandy Collier. Marleen and I recently worked together to redesign the video jacket covers for Lyn Anderson. I had a great time doing that for Lyn as she is truely one of the nicest people you'll ever meet!

The brains behind Ted Robinson Cow Horses

Meet the brains behind "Ted Robinson Cow Horses:" Ted's girlfriend, Katie Montague. Katie is the breeding and marketing manager--managing all aspects of the champion-producing stallions Nu Circle N Cash and Smokum's Prize. She and I have been working together for over a year now, creating the look of 'Ted Robinson Cow Horses' and the stallions. Katie usually has her own brilliant creative vision for the projects she gives me, then she turns me loose for the rest. We're a great team, if I don't say so myself.

Jannae Beauty Institute

Jannae Nichols and I began working together recently when she needed visibility for her new web site. The home page, while beautiful, was created in Flash. This put her site at an immediate deficit when it came to traffic and browser ranking. The optimization changes I made to her site less than a month ago is already making her phone ring by people browsing for her services. Her site will continue to gain in ranking as I continue to implement my secrets to increase her popularity and ranking.

Jannae Beauty Institute, in Newport Beach, is owned by Jannae Nichols. She is one dynamic lady! She offers beauty treatments so advanced, no one in the United States offers such advanced technology in one location. You can visit her site at www.jannae.com.

Congratulations Ad for Days Zanolena and Tucker Robinson

Lesley and Matt Day (of Hooker Creek Ranch), owners of Days Zanolena and her sire Smart Zanolena, were thrilled to hear that Tucker Robinson had another great victory--this time at the Stallion Stakes. I was honored they asked me to create the ad for them which is to run in the Quarter Horse News, the Performance Horse, Cascade Horseman, and Stockhorse News.

Lesley's other passion is saving Chimps. She is the founder of Chimps Inc. which is a non-profit organization dedicated to furthering chimpanzee conservation.

NRCHA Stallion Stakes at Nampa Idaho

The adventures of "Ollie the Border Collie" began in Nampa Idaho at the NRCHA Stallion Stakes. Here were some of the nice people who took a break from riding to smile for the camera with Ollie. Reined cow horse people are some of the nicest horse-show people out there--as witness by their willingness to take time to be silly.
